In accordance with the provisions of Article 24 of the Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission Agreement, 2000 (the Agreement),the ECSRC is funded by fees and other charges, levies, sums of money or other assets that may accrue to its benefit and payments by appropriation or subvention. Article 25 of the Agreement provides that the ECSRC may establish a reserve fund into which this revenue may be paid.

The legislation provides for penalties associated with contraventions. These can be found in the primary and secondary legislation of each Member Territory of the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union.
