MARKET NOTICE: Continuing Disclosure Obligations of Reporting Issuers: Financial Reporting And Disclosure | Date: 2022-11-29

The International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) Principles of Securities Regulation for Issuers (Principle 16) of securities states that “there should be full, accurate and timely disclosure of financial results, risk and other information which is material to investors’ decisions.” In a Public Statement issued on 14 November 2022, IOSCO encourages issuers, external auditors, as well as audit committees ‘to be particularly vigilant in times of economic uncertainty in their consideration of how risks and uncertainties that could affect or have affected an issuers’ operations, financial condition, cash flows and prospects can be transparently communicated to investors.’ The full Public Statement can be accessed via the following link: more

The FSA does not issue any licenses to carry on the business of FOREX Trading or Brokerage or Binary Options Trading nor does the FSA “Regulate, Monitor, Supervise or License” International Business Companies (IBCs) which engage in such activities.

IBCs incorporated in St. Vincent and the Grenadines are authorized to engage in any business activity without approval from the FSA, except where the proposed business activity relates to banking, insurance or mutual fund businesses.
